Topik London

Led by chef Irem Aksu, Topik London "Food Without Borders" mainly draws on Istanbul's culinary history and is about celebrating the food of different regions and communities in Turkey. Topik's aim is to create a hub for sharing dishes simply cooked with fresh, local produces and served with a selection of fine wines from Turkey, Armenia, Georgia, Greece in its recent residency at October Gallery. The menu changes daily and reflects the flamboyant and diverse food culture of Istanbul where the land meets the sea.
