Wim Kerkhoff is the CEO of Culture Core Group which consists of Crafty Penguins, Kerkhoff Technologies, and TopLeft. He leads a growing team that provides advanced Linux and DevOps consulting services to tech companies around the world, Windows Managed Services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Fraser Valley area and beyond, and finally a work visualization system called TopLeft to other IT service providers around the world that are using ConnectWise or AutoTask.

Wim's first high tech job was here in Chilliwack at the age of 18, as a software/network engineer for NetMaster, which later became Merilus, until they .bombed.

Wim and his team have been instrumental in driving continuous improvements in their clients' IT infrastructure. He thrives on creating solutions that can grow with their clients' needs and complex structures. He is a conscientious business owner in all aspects of his business - from employees to customer service and support. Wim’s passion for excellence, his grit to solve difficult problems and his personal and business core values are amazingly embodied by his team. His clients enjoy sharing their business challenges and opportunities with him and know he is committed to their success.

He also serves on the Board of Directors for Ruth And Naomi's, a local nonprofit organization that helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness, poverty and addiction.

When Wim is not at work he enjoys working out, reading, playing the piano, studying theology, and spending time with wife Rudi and their 6 young children.
