Torus Tree is a Scottish wellness studio based in Dunkeld, Perthshire, run by Mark and Sadie Scott. We create calm, grounded experiences that help busy people switch off, sleep better and feel lighter — without the jargon.

Our signature 9D Breathwork combines guided breathing, sound and frequency to help you release tension and reset your nervous system. Alongside this we run sound baths, cacao ceremonies, bioresonance and our 12 Journeys programme — both at our home venue near Dunkeld and at venues across Scotland, including Perth, Dundee, Stirling and Fife.
