UCL School for the Creative & Cultural Industries
The creative and cultural industries are the UK’s fastest growing sector and a major contributor to the economy. UCL’s new School for the Creative and Cultural Industries (SCCI) will support and develop the next generation of practitioners to work across these sectors and beyond in any environment that values the creative human perspective.
Our interdisciplinary school links teaching and research focused on technology, media, history, heritage, collections and conservation, and art and creativity. It connects three academic faculties: UCL Social & Historical Sciences, UCL Faculty of Arts & Humanities, and IOE, UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. SCCI will foster new research partnerships and forms of innovative engagement with industry partners, cultural institutions and communities, as well as bringing together a range of degree programmes within its cutting-edge facilities at UCL East.
