
Urban Hikes
Jo has lived, worked and studied in cities – predominantly London - for over twenty years. Six years ago, she discovered the mental and physical health benefits of urban hiking for herself whilst training for an event. Since then, Jo has walked in many different environments and is keen to share the benefits of walking with others.
Jo is a trainer and facilitator by profession and aims to make learning experiences immersive and fun. She is also a qualified first aider.
