Victoria Adams

Victoria is a yoga teacher, health coach, and trained vegan raw food chef who doesn't shy away from adding a little meat on the side when it's organic and ethically sourced as well as nutritious to the body. It's all about moderation and no one size fits all. Depending on the type of person she is working with, she blends yoga, nutrition and/or personal training advice to coach people who, like her, were fed up and tired of feeling sluggish and a little heavier than they'd like to be.

 

Her expertise lies in helping those who find weight loss and fitness does not come naturally, for example people with busy work or home lifestyle, to lose weight and shape up in the most healthful way possible, in the shortest space of time possible. She works one-on-one and with groups in her health coaching and yoga, as well as working for Jason Vale on his 7 lbs in 7 days juice retreats.

 

If you come to one of her yoga classes, expect to be challenged, and possibly feel your abs in the morning. You will feel amazing; "she always finishes with a relaxation that will leave you feeling refreshed and pretty blissed out!"
