In Nov 2009, Victoria Beale was a 'New Business Development Consultant' offering companies of all sizes a tailored development programme to enable rapid growth, through her 15 years of direct 'new business' sales, marketing and event management experience.
Sept 2009, Vicky changed her initial 'concept’ of ‘Make it Happen’ (a motivational seminar, with ‘real’ networking opportunities) into reality on Thursday 17th September 2009, with the help of Kriss Akabusi and 6 other speakers – all participants donated their time and 100% of all ticket sales were presented to The Akabusi Charitable Trust. So far the events have made over £10k for the charity.
Victoria's first business development company was born in 2010 and the team of (5 years minimum) trained sales professionals, Vicky works with a variety of clients through her own consultancy Victoria Beales Consultants LTD developing 'new business' strategies offering a fully integrated, 'end to end' sales, marketing and corporate events solutions to micro, SME, Corporate & Global organisations. Victoria and the owners of lively corporate and leisure venue Bistro Live teamed up to create Business Live back in 2009. Business Live is a fun, fresh and exciting new way to network in Milton Keynes, Leicester and Nottingham. They regularly have over 60 business leaders per site attend these events every month. In March 2014 Vicky took on Business Live as sole owner, running MK and re-launching again in 2017. In August 2012, Vicky also launched Expo 3.0. An International Expo held at the MK Dons Stadium in Milton Keynes for three consecutive years. The first and largest of it's kind, Business Expo 3.0. Vicky now has a personal contact database of over 30,000 business owners and senior managers.
