Voice ESEA uncovers British history from the perspective of East and South East Asian (ESEA) communities dating back to the 1500s.

In 2026, we open up our third ECHO Exhibition (ESEA Collective: History, Over here) at Oxo Tower, focusing on the British Filipino community.

The week-long exhibition spans from Little Manila (Liverpool) in the 1800s to an oral history exhibition capturing the most recent three generations of British Filipinos across the UK. Come along for panels, film screenings, creative workshops and performances. Leave with new insight into 'home', from a different perspective!
