The West Suffolk Network is a partnership that evolved out of the West Suffolk Local Strategic Partnership in 2012.
The Network has been established to ensure that organisations in West Suffolk are able to work together to drive for communities to be more involved in the way local decisions are made and services delivered.
The Network encompasses a wide range of public sector, voluntary and community groups, faith and business organisations in West Suffolk. Its aims are to provide an environment in which partners, communities and individuals can work together to make the most effective use of their joint resources and add value.
For example, by working together partners can provide a strong voice for West Suffolk, lobbying and influencing on behalf of West Suffolk communities on issues such as skills, the economy and health. Partners can also use their collective expertise to work together to attract funding to West Suffolk.
The Network covers the district council areas of Forest Heath and St Edmundsbury. We encourage as many organisations as possible with an interest in West Suffolk to join us and participate in our events.
