Hello, welcome to my page!

My name is Poppy and I am a trained Forest Therapy and mindfulness guide and Forest School leader. I created Wild and Wonder as a means of providing nature based wellbeing events to my community. I run regular pay-as-you-feel Forest Bathing sessions in Nottinghamshire, although keep an eye out on my page to see what other events I have going on!

My mission is to encourage as many people in my community to connect to natural spaces as possible, in order to support the wellbeing of humans and our natural environment alike.
