Witton Lodge Community Association

Witton Lodge is a Community Association and Community Landlord, based in Perry Common, north Birmingham.

From our offices at Perry Common Community Hall we host a wide range of services, right at the heart of our local community; delivering Jobs and Skills services, a range of Environmental Projects and Living Well services.

We organise a wide range of community events throughout the year, manage the 187 properties we rent, including our Sycamore Court Extra Care Scheme, hire out our venues including our refurbished Perry Common Community Hall and are developing our new Environment Hub at Witton Lakes.

Our Mission is “Witton Lodge Community Association champions community-led solutions to build a flourishing community to be proud of; and provides homes, facilities and services that enhance quality of life”.

Our Vision is of “a thriving, vibrant community and a well-cared for environment where residents are happy and healthy, learning, playing and prospering together”.
