Work Hounslow are the Skills and Employment service at Hounslow Council.

We support residents aged 18 and over who are not in education, employment or training facing barriers to work, helping them access to careers support and clear pathways into employment. These include young people, residents with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), care-experienced young people and those living in Equality Opportunity Areas in the borough.

We also work with local businesses, employers, education and training providers to create meaningful pathways for residents. We aim to build a fairer and more inclusive borough where everyone can live and thrive.
