PLEASE NOTE (for activities involving walking)
We use innovatory techniques like walking as a tool. If this is an element it will be clearly stated in the event details. Walking is the best way to exercise sustainably, feel good and solve problems. Walking with others encourages communication and learning.
Most activity is at 'normal' walking pace but, like any exercise, can involve risk. If you have any medical condition please consult your GP and gain their approval before booking onto an event (further details/approval may be required).
By signing up you are agreeing that you don't have a heart condition, chest pain, balance problems, bone or joint problems that could be made worse by physical activity, or any other health problem that means that you should not do physical activity.
