We use innovatory techniques like walking as a tool. Walking is the best way to exercise sustainably, feel good and solve problems. Walking with others encourages communication and learning.
Rosie Naseer (FRSA) leads WPF events, bringing a high-quality and very unique portfolio of skills, credentials and experience including: LLM (Master of Law: University of Warwick), MSc (Urban Regeneration: University of Birmingham) BSc (Management Science: University of Manchester) and PGCE. She is a fully qualified personal fitness trainer with decades of endurance sport experience. Rosie has advised senior leaders across disciplines and is an expert on human digital balance and walking as a cognitive development aid.

These are events for men and women together unless stated.
Most activity is at 'normal' walking pace but, like any exercise, can involve risk. If you have any medical condition please consult your GP and gain their approval before booking onto an event (further details/approval may be required).
