Workforce for the Future

Workforce for the Future (WFTF) was developed to address the skills gap in the construction industry across Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath. The programme funded by the European Social Fund provides skills and training to SME’s.

Building Growth South West is delivering Workforce for the Future on behalf of the West of England Combined Authority in collaboration with Bristol Housing Festival and MOBIE. The project will support traditional construction SME’s across the West of England through fully funded MMC training – helping to bridge the skills gap and future proof the local workforce.
