Nicola is a midwife, yoga & hypnobirthing teacher. Through YHM Community, Nicola offers yoga classes and hypnobirthing courses taught internationally via Zoom. Plus, free yoga classes released every Sunday through her YouTube channel: YHMCommunity.

Nicola also hosts regular events including, yoga classes, preparation to parenthood workshops & free hypnobirthing classes.
