Hi, I'm Layla a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher in a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin & Restorative

After completing my training & hosting Womens Circles in Bali i was shown the power in being surrounded by supportive women. Having a safe space to release any emotions, to receive advice from fellow sisters, to connect on a deeper level using many different yogic/tantric exercises & just celebrate the beauty of being Woman with other like minded women, no judgement, no competition, just love & acceptance.

It is my mission to bring together like minded women & cultivate a beautiful community through the power of Yoga. My teaching style is very gentle, calming & all about connecting to our natural sensual & feminine energy, suitable for all ages and all abilities.
