Our regional offer has been informed by a significant consultation exercise with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders across Yorkshire and the Humber. We asked questions to understand the current and future leadership challenges and what those challenges meant for leadership development. It was clear to us that the region wanted more opportunities to learn and develop together while engaged in real work.
As the Local Delivery Partner (LDP) for the NHS Leadership Academy, we provide access in the region to a suite of high quality core leadership development programmes and tools that aim to professionalise leadership across the NHS, including the Graduate Management Trainee Scheme.
Developed with national and international experts, this offer provides a valuable and consistent leadership development offer that gives individuals the necessary support to be the best leaders they can.
