Your Pay Your Way Ltd is a social enterprise based in Scotland offering a programme of financial education which mitigates risk around poor financial judgement.

Our Vision: To create a Scotland where people have a solid understanding of their personal finances and are equipped to make financial decisions with confidence.

Through our programme of meaningful financial education we aim to see:

• a reduction in debt across Scotland

• fewer people using borrowing for everyday expenses

• an increase in households with savings

• improved financial wellbeing across the country

Our online sessions have been created for workplaces with a smaller number of early careers staff who are open to joining other businesses who are looking to provide financial education for their staff.
