I recently left the Primary Educational sector, so that I could dedicate more time to what I am really passionate about, Coaching and being able to inspire others to fullfil their goals and dreams. As well as overcome any difficulties that they may encounter in life. Proir to teaching I worked as a Professional figure skater and truely believe that health, fitness and well-being is a huge part of our lives. Over the years I have learnt the importance of maintaing good healthand well-being alongside your professional life. Alongside my coaching business, I continue to have my sideline business as a hair stylist and make-up artist. 

So this is what I do. I run my own Performance coaching and NLP businesss which I am hugely passionate about, but more so it inspires me and gives me a great success in being part of ones journey in supporting the successes, dreams, challenges and what ifs of others, so that they can BE, DO, HAVE anything that they set their mind and heart upon. Opening up to Discovery and Taking Action is the key...

As previously mentioned, that I no longer work as a Primary Teacher, I however, still want to be part of this life. I truely believe that coaching and NLP is greatly needed within the educational sector. Teachers, Leadership and importantly children and parents all need the oppourtunity to be able to be and feel fulfilled. Menatl Health, Emotional and Physical Well-being is at the heart of my passion to go into schools supporting and allievating the stress, anxieties and pressures of today.
