I am a coach, mindfulness and yoga teacher with over 15 years’ experience working in education, personal development and wellbeing. I teach yoga and mindfulness to help people connect find calmness and joy. My passion is helping people live happy and fulfilling lives doing what they love. In a world that moves quickly I believe in creating moments of stillness and connection that allow space to breathe and just be. From this place we are free to think clearly and get our lives working in the way we want.​
