Cape Cod Cold

Cape Cod Cold is a community of cold immersion enthusiasts located in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Cape Cod Cold was founded by a core group of cold plungers who serendipitously showed up for a plunge at the Sandwich Boardwalk at the same time one day a few years ago. Our mission is to raise awareness about the myriad benefits of cold immersion by inviting people to join our regular cold plunges at the Sandwich Boardwalk, Town Neck Beach, and other Cape Cod beaches.
