With over 30 years of experience dedicated to enriching children’s lives, strengthening families, and reshaping the systems that support them, Tunmike Quadri — affectionately known as Ms. Tumi — stands as a trusted voice in the fields of parenting, early childhood education, leadership, and personal development. She is also an author and a proud parent.

As the founder of Learning Tree Consult and ParentingwithTumi, Ms. Quadri has devoted her life to equipping parents, educators, and children with the tools, wisdom, and confidence to thrive. Her journey as an Educator, Parenting Coach, Solution-Focused Therapist, and Leadership Mentor has been shaped by both her academic training and hands-on experience, rooted deeply in her unwavering faith.

Her impressive credentials span Social Sciences, Education, Community Studies, Montessori method of education, Leadership & Management (ILM), Transformation Coaching, and Montessori Accreditation, including an outstanding Ofsted rating. She is also currently acquiring professional certification as a Child Counsellor, further deepening her commitment to supporting children’s emotional well-being.

Having lived and worked across Nigeria, the UK, and the United States, Ms. Quadri brings a rich, global perspective to her work in early childhood education and parenting. She has graced international platforms, passionately advocating for causes such as Education for the Girl Child, the Benefits of Early Childhood Education, STEM in Schools, and The Future of Education.

Rooted firmly in her Christian faith, Ms. Quadri serves as Head of Global Mentoring for Esther Preparation Room, a leadership and support network for Christian women, where she nurtures and mentors women to rise in purpose and power. She is also the host of the monthly Prophetic Parenting Prayers, a faith-based prayer platform dedicated to covering parents and children in intentional, prophetic intercession.

Whether guiding new parents, mentoring seasoned educators, or inspiring future leaders, Ms. Quadri’s work remains anchored in her mission to help families and schools create nurturing, structured, and faith-filled environments where children are empowered to grow into resilient, compassionate, and purpose-driven individuals.
