Download the Eventbrite Organizer app
The Eventbrite Organizer app is available for iOS and Android devices. Your device must meet the following requirements:
iOS: 15.0 or later
Android: 8.0 and up
Log in and navigate the app
Log into the app
Open the app and log in to your Eventbrite account. The username and password are the same that you use to log in on the Eventbrite website.
The first time you log in, you'll need to select your organization and event.
Review your dashboard
The dashboard shows you an overview of sales and check-ins. Tap the icon in the top right to adjust what appears on your dashboard.
Manage your event
Go to the navigation menu at the bottom of your screen (iOS) or the menu in the top left (Android) to manage orders, sell tickets, and scan tickets.
Review your settings and change events
To see more options, tap the icon at the top left.
Tap your organization name to switch organizations.
Tap your event name to switch events.
Tap Settings to change sell or check-in preferences, name your device, and log out.
For Android devices, choose between Event settings, which just affect that event, and Device settings, which affect all activity on this device.
Set up your device to use at the door
Before your event, determine how you want to manage onsite activities. Consider how many entrances you need, how attendees will check in and buy tickets, and what equipment you'll need. Then make sure your devices are able to complete all necessary functions.
Create roles for "at the door" users
If there are other members of your team checking in attendees and selling tickets at the door, create roles for them using team management. You can choose which actions they can perform and limit the information they can access.
This way, these users will be able to log in with their own login information but still be able to access your event functions.
Choose how attendees pay
If you plan to sell tickets at your event, review your payment methods. Go to your Settings and select Payment methods. Turn on any payment methods you'll be collecting at your event.
There are two types of payment methods.
Tap to pay, WisePOS Card reader, M2 Card Reader (US only), and manual credit card entry are online payment methods. Payments made this way will process in Eventbrite, and the funds will go to your event payout. Online payment methods are only available for events in Australia, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Cash, check, voucher, Paypal outside Eventbrite, and Other are offline payment methods. You will need to collect payments made this way directly from the purchaser. The funds will not go into your event payout.
Connect a printer to print physical tickets
If you have a Boca or Star printer, connect it in your Settings. You can then print tickets on demand.
Rent equipment
If you need additional printers, scanners, or other box office equipment, visit one of Eventbrite's partners:
Vernon Computer Source : available in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and select European countries.
One World Rental : available in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and select European countries.
