Here's how you do it:
Eventbrite is an online, self-service tool. This means that organisers handle all aspects of their events. If you have event-specific questions or want to request a refund, contact the event organiser directly. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email, referencing your order details, or sending them a message from the event listing.

1. Option: Reply to the order confirmation email.

Find your Order Confirmation email and reply to it (the To: field automatically fills with the organiser's email).

2. Option: Go to your order details.

Go to Tickets and click on your order. Then click “Contact the organiser”. You'll see links to some Help Centre articles that may answer your question, or you can select "contact the organiser" to send them a message.

If you can't log in or think there might be a typo in the email you used when registering, you can always contact the event organiser from the event listing.

3. Option: Go to the event listing.

Click "Contact" on the event listing to send the organiser a message.
