Contact the event organiser

Eventbrite is an online, self-service tool. This means that organisers handle all aspects of their events. If you have event-specific questions or want to request a refund, contact the event organiser directly. You can do this by replying to your order confirmation email, referencing your order details, or sending them a message from the event listing.

<h2 id="1">1. Option: Reply to the order confirmation email.</h2> <p>Find your Order Confirmation email and reply to it (the To: field automatically fills with the organiser&#39;s email).</p> <h2 id="2">2. Option: Go to your order details.</h2> <p>Go to <a href="https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/mytickets" target="_blank">Tickets</a> and click on your order. Then click “Contact the organiser”. You&#39;ll see links to some Help Centre articles that may answer your question, or you can select &quot;contact the organiser&quot; to send them a message.<br><br>If you can&#39;t log in or think there might be a typo in the email you used when registering, you can always contact the event organiser from the event listing.</p> <h2 id="3">3.
