How to manage your email preferences

Hit the unsubscribe button on an email but still getting messages you don't want? The most comprehensive way to manage your email preferences is from the eblink{Account Settings=>} page when logged in. From here, you can opt in or out of Eventbrite newsletters, updates, and notifications as well as any event invitations and attendee emails from event organisers.

TIP: Organisers you unsubscribe from are listed under “Blocked Organisers”. You can unblock their emails at any time

NOTE: To unsubscribe from all organisers eblink{contact us=>}.

1. Go to Account Settings.

After you eblink{log in=>}, access the account menu, then select eblink{Account Settings=>}.

2. Go to Email Preferences

eblink{E-mail Preferences=>} is located in the menu on the left-hand side of the page under Account Settings.

3. Select what you want and de-select what you don't.

Reference Attending Events and/or Organising Events. We only want you to receive the emails you're interested in, so you can also look for the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails to let us know what you don't want to receive. (You'll still be able to be invited to events by organisers even if you don't want to receive Eventbrite newsletters and updates.)

NOTE: Your screen may look different, depending on the type of account you have. If you're an attendee who's never organised an event, you won't see the Organising Events section. If you're an organiser who's never attended an event, you won't see the Attending Events section.

4. Save Preferences.

Click the blue Save Preferences button at the bottom of the page to save your email preferences.
