How to create a Tracking Pixel with Twitter

Our self-service tool for Twitter supports two types of tracking: "Universal Website Tags" (track website visits across all of your Eventbrite pages) and "Single Event Website Tags" (track specific conversions events). <h2 id="1">Conversion Tracking Basics</h2> <h3 id="1-1">1. Log in to your Twitter Ads account.</h3> <p>You can log in to your Twitter Ads account eblink{here=&gt;https://ads.twitter.com/start?ref=en-btc-help-webconversion-body}.</p> <h3 id="1-2">2. Select Tools.</h3> <p>Tools is at the top of the page (next to &quot;Analytics&quot;).</p> <h3 id="1-3">3. Locate it and skip to Step 3 in this section.</p> <h3 id="2-2">2. Go to &quot;Tracking Pixels&quot; (under Marketing) on your Manage page in Eventbrite.</h3> <p>After you log in and create an event, select your event on the Manage Events page. Then click &quot;Tracking Pixels&quot; (under Marketing).</p> <h3 id="2-5">5. Copy and paste your Pixel ID.</h3> <p>Click &quot;Twitter Ads&quot; and enter the Page Pixel ID (Universal Website Tag) in the text field (under &quot;Page Pixel&quot;).</p> <p class="text-small l-pad-vert-2 l-pad-hor-2 card l-mar-top-2">NOTE: Your changes aren’t saved automatically, so make sure to choose &quot;Save&quot;.</p> <h2 id="3">Placements (Single Event Website Tag)</h2> <h3 id="3-1">1. Copy and paste your Placement Pixel ID.</h3> <p>Click &quot;Twitter Ads&quot;, then select &quot;Add Placement&quot; to add the Placement Pixel ID. You can use any conversion type for your placements, but we recommend the following conversion types when setting up your Single-event Website Tags for Placements:</p> <ul><li>Site Visits: &quot;Event Listing&quot; - Your event listing on Eventbrite</li><li>Site Visits: &quot;Event Register&quot; - The registration form on Eventbrite (after an attendee selects to checkout/register)</li><li>Purchases: &quot;Event Order Confirmation&quot; - The order confirmation page on Eventbrite</li></ul> <p class="text-small l-pad-vert-2 l-pad-hor-2 card l-mar-top-2">NOTE: Your changes aren’t saved automatically, so make sure to choose &quot;Save&quot;.</p>
