<h2 id="01">Check this first.</h2> <p>☑️ Eventbrite Organiser is compatible with iOS (14.0 or later) and Android (5.0 and up) devices.</p> <p>☑️ If you need to make changes to your event, <a href="https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/support/articleredirect?anum=5035" target="_blank">edit your event on the Eventbrite website</a> instead of the app.</p> <h2 id="02">Navigate the Eventbrite Organiser app.</h2> <h3 id="02-01">— Log into the app.</h3> <p>Open the app and log in to your Eventbrite account. The username and password are the same that you use to login on the Eventbrite website. Then select your event.</p> <h3 id="02-02">— Review your dashboard.</h3> <p>The dashboard shows you an overview of sales and check-ins. Tap the icon in the top right to adjust what appears on your dashboard.</p> <h3 id="02-03">— Manage your event.</h3> <p>Go to the navigation menu at the bottom of your screen (iOS) or the menu in the top left (Android) to manage orders, sell tickets, and scan tickets.</p> <h3 id="02-04">— Review your settings and change events.</h3> <p>To see more options, tap the icon at the top left.</p> <ul><li>Tap your organisation name to switch organisations.</li><li>Tap your event name to switch events.</li><li>Tap &quot;Settings&quot; to change sell or check-in preferences, name your device, and log out.</li></ul> <p>For Android devices, choose between “Event settings”, which just affect that event, and “Device settings”, which affect all activity on this device.</p> <h2 id="03">Check in attendees at your event.</h2> <p>Use the Organiser App to check-in attendees. Here&#39;s how it works.</p> <ol><li>Attendees print out the PDF that comes with their confirmation email or use the Eventbrite app to access their tickets.</li><li>The Eventbrite Organiser App uses your device&#39;s camera to scan the QR code on each ticket.</li><li>Once scanned, the ticket is &quot;checked in&quot;.
