The 5th Annual All Wales Continuous Improvement Community Conference is being held on the 24th November 2016. Following last year’s conference and the successful 2016 AWCIC awards held in May this year the community has gone from strength to strength, with this in mind the 2016 conference will return to the All Nations Centre in Cardiff with another opportunity to hear from leaders in the world of CI. So why not take the opportunity to network and meet others from across the CI community in Wales and beyond and hear from Nick Obolensky, David Shaked and Vilma Nikolaidou.

This year's theme is:

‘Forging innovation from complexity - innovating the how not the what'

The Public service is under ever increasing pressure to deliver higher quality services to the Welsh public. Given the pressure and often the complexity of public services, can innovation be an enabler to achieving this or is innovation too difficult?

Along with the keynote speakers there will be the chance to hear from this year’s winners of the AWCIC awards, Welsh innovation case studies and presentations/workshops covering a variety of topics. With the networking opportunities you will be able to grow your personal connections as well creating networks that will make a difference.

With over 200 attendees and good feedback we feel that last years event was a success for the community. The introduction of a small fee (£75) at last year’s event enabled the conference to be the success that it was, with that in mind it is important that we retain the fee. The good news is that there will be no change in the fee and the conference will be once again £75.

Cynhelir 5ed Cynhadledd Flynyddol Cymuned Gwelliant Parhaus Cymru Gyfan ar 24ain Tachwedd 2016. Yn dilyn cynhadledd y llynedd a gwobrau llwyddiannus 2016 AWCIC ym mis Mai, mae’r gymuned wedi mynd o nerth i nerth. Gyda hynny mewn golwg, bydd cynhadledd 2016 yn dychwelyd i Ganolfan yr Holl Genhedloedd yng Nghaerdydd, lle bydd cyfle arall i wrando ar arweinwyr o’r maes Gwelliant Parhaus. Felly, beth am fanteisio ar y cyfle i rwydweithio ac i gwrdd â phobl eraill o’r gymuned Gwelliant Parhaus yng Nghymru a thu hwnt, ac i wrando ar Nick Obolensky, David Shaked a Vilma Nikolaidou.

Thema eleni yw:

‘Creu arloesedd o gymhlethdod – nid beth ond sut wrth arloesi’

Mae mwy a mwy o bwysau ar wasanaethau cyhoeddus i ddarparu gwasanaethau o safon uwch i’r cyhoedd yng Nghymru. O ystyried y pwysau sydd ar wasanaethau cyhoeddus a’u cymhlethdod, mae arloesi yn gallu bod yn ffordd o sicrhau hynny – neu a yw arloesi’n rhy anodd?

Ynghyd â’r siaradwyr gwadd, bydd cyfle hefyd i wrando ar enillwyr gwobrau AWCIC eleni, i gael gwybod am astudiaethau achos yn ymwneud ag arloesi yng Nghymru, ac i gael gweithdai/cyflwyniadau a fydd yn sôn am bob math o bynciau. Gyda chyfleoedd i rwydweithio, bydd modd i chi ehangu eich cysylltiadau personol yn ogystal â chreu rhwydweithiau a fydd yn gwneud gwahaniaeth.

Cafwyd adborth da ar gyfer digwyddiad y llynedd ac roedd dros 200 o bobl yn bresennol, felly rydym yn teimlo bod y digwyddiad wedi bod yn llwyddiant i’r gymuned. Roedd y ffi fechan (£75) a gyflwynwyd y llynedd yn help i sicrhau bod y gynhadledd yn llwyddiant. O ystyried hynny, mae’n bwysig ein bod yn codi ffi unwaith eto. Y newyddion da yw na fydd y ffi yn newid, a £75 fydd y gynhadledd yn ei gostio eto.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?/A oes modd trosglwyddo fy nghofrestriad/tocyn?

Yes, if you could inform us of any changes prior to the event.

Oes, os gallwch roi gwybod inni cyn y digwyddiad am unrhyw newidiadau.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?/A oes raid imi ddod â'r tocyn i'r digwyddiad?

Yes, this will be scanned at registration.

Oes, bydd yn cael ei sganio wrth gofrestru.

Why is there a fee this year?/Pam fod yna ffi eleni?

In the past the event has received funding from Welsh Government, unfortunately this year that funding is not available. We have set a fee that will just cover the cost of staging the conference and hopefully provides good value for organisations.

Yn y gorffennol, mae'r digwyddiad wedi cael arian gan Lywodraeth Cymru, ond yn anffodus nid yw'r arian ar gael eleni. Rydym wedi gosod ffi a fydd yn talu am gost cynnal y gynhadledd yn unig, a gobeithio y bydd yn werth am arian i'r sefydliadau.

Where is the fee going?/Who is handling the fee?

I ble mae'r ffi yn mynd?/ Pwy sy'n trin y ffi?

The fee will be handled for the All Wales Continuous Improvement Community by Welsh Government.
