About this course

During the course we will explore colours through meditation and learn how this can help bring calm and restore balance to our health and wellbeing.

The course will cover the history of colour therapy, work with the colours, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and white through meditation techniques to balance various areas your life.


By the end of the course, you will:

  • Recall Different Colours and what areas of life they represent
  • Identify different Colour balancing techniques and review how this deepens a meditation practice
  • Recognise how to experiment with clothing colours and identify how they differ with each Chakra.
  • Select Colour meditations from you tube to improve personal development after the course completes.

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
