About this course

Covering the backgrounds of Meditation, Reiki, Mindfulness, Chakras and Energy Work, this Course is designed as an Introduction, giving a background into therapies.

What will be covered on the course?

  • History Of Meditation & Relaxation techniques
  • What Is Reiki and Awareness to the therapy
  • Mindfulness techniques to use in daily life
  • What are Chakras and how to balance them
  • A Variation of Energy Work techniques used in Qi Gong and Tai Chi

What will learners achieve by the end of the course?

  • Acknowledge the background of Meditation and Follow Relaxing guided meditations
  • Review the system of Reiki and Report how this would suit your own lifestyle
  • Use Mindfulness techniques and Complete in daily life
  • Analyse the Chakra system and Experiment with the techniques
  • Practice a variation of Energy techniques and Design a daily routine for them

No Past experience in Holistic Therapies is required, Just an interest to learn about Therapies

To secure your place on the course BOTH the following must be done:

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).

As we no longer receive funding for our ESFA-funded courses for learners living in the devolved areas listed below, full cost fees would apply to these courses if you live in these areas:
