During this interactive masterclass with business psychologist Dan Leatherdale, you’ll learn how to develop an authentic communication style that will engage the hearts and minds of others – and direct them towards achieving well-articulated objectives.
This inspirational class is ideal for anyone who needs to communicate with others in any sector, and is particularly relevant for people who have – or aspire to having – a leadership role. Over the course of the day, you’ll take part in practical exercises, where you’ll work on developing messages that you can take back to your own workplace or organisation.

Course preparation

  • Ahead of the class you’ll be emailed a few questions that will prompt you to consider a communication scenario, as well as the different aspects of your personal story as a leader. Preparation should take no more than 30 minutes

Tutor profile

Dan Leatherdale is a business psychologist, communication coach and learning specialist with over fifteen years’ experience. He holds an MSc in organisational behavior, and has written book chapters on the role of leaders in people development.
