Tutor profile

Dr Barbara Mariposa is an experienced medical doctor, acupuncturist, mindfulness coach and educator. She combines her scientific background, counselling and coaching skills, and longstanding personal meditation practice to help people develop a fundamental set of skills to master their wellbeing at every level. Her workshops are fun, experiential, evidence-based and down-to-earth. Barbara created and runs the Mind Mood Mastery programme, and regularly runs courses on everything from the mindful brain, to digital detoxing and stress-reduction.
