An interactive training workshop to understand your responsibilities and the best practice for tackling hidden labour exploitation in the workplace.
Those with a policy and operational responsibility to tackle worker exploitation including: Employer and labour provider HR and Line Managers, social compliance auditors and NGOs.
Food growers and producers may wish to attend together and work in collaboration with their labour providers and/or trade union/employee representatives.
Workshops will be led by experienced practioners from the Association of Labour Providers, the Gangmasters Licensing Authority and Migrant Help.

The cost is £125 (+VAT) per delegate. This is non-refundable for cancellations less than seven days before the workshop.
There is one free delegate place provided per organisation for ALP Members, Charities, NGO (Non Governmental Organisations) and Project Sponsor own label suppliers. N.B. Stronger Together provides guidance, resources and a network for employers, labour providers, workers and their representatives to work together to reduce exploitation.
