A unique opportunity to find out about hedgehogs from leading experts discussing their behaviour and ecology - and find out how we are going to save this national treasure.

FAQs about the event and booking process

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Internation Centre at Telford is an ideal central location. Free car parking spaces will be be available onsite, all within easy walking distance of the venue. Sat nav postcode: TF3 4JH.

There are regular train services from Birmingham New Street, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury. The International Centre is situated just over a mile from Telford Central Station and is only two minutes drive by taxi. Alternatively, there is a regular bus service.

Is the site accessible to wheelchair users?

The venue has step free access throughout.

Can children attend?

Under 18s are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. The day will be aimed at an adult audience. All participants must purchase a ticket.

Is there accommodation nearby?

Accommodation is easy at The International Centre with two hotels on-site —Holiday Inn and The International Hotel, and a Ramada and Premier Inn, just two minutes’ drive away. To book a room at any of these hotels contact the venue's Group Reservations Team on: 08444 820 166. Accommodation is not included in the ticket price.


What payment methods do you accept?

You can buy tickets online using a credit or debit card or by requesting an invoice. This method greatly helps to reduce admin so please buy online if you can. If neither of these are at all possible please call us to book over the phone on 020 7498 4533.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

In the event of a cancellation by you prior to six weeks before the event, we will refund your money. However, we regret that if a cancellation is made within six weeks of the event taking place, we reserve the right to charge the full fee if we are unable to fill your place. You can request a refund by via your EventBrite account or email hedgehog@ptes.org.
