We are constantly improving our product offerings to ensure that valued Eventbrite customers like you can seamlessly create your events.

Our aim is to create the best user experience that benefits our event organisers. These are just some of the new product features we have developed in the last month to help you sell more tickets and make your event a success.

Our new homepage experience

We’ve updated our homepage to help you find the most relevant content.  Updates include improved search functionality, a feed with relevant events, and a better navigation system.

We want to make our platform even more attractive to users with a new look and feel.  Logged in users will see relevant and personalised content, while all users will benefit from guided searches when a site visitor already has an idea of what kind of event they want to attend.

Ticket Pricing Insights available for Professional package users

Following our roll-out of Ticket Pricing Insights for Essentials package users, we are delighted to announce that this great new feature is being expanded for users in the Professional pricing package.

Event organisers will now receive a personalised ticket price insight while creating a ticket for an event. This is the first time Eventbrite is offering our event organisers real-time, personalised data insights on the platform!

Our pricing insight reveals what similar events on Eventbrite are charging and is meant to help our creators ensure that they’re pricing their event competitively to maximise ticket sales and/or revenue.

Expansion of Ticket Groups to New Create

Our New Create function has been updated to support Ticket Groups functionality for Premium Creators. This feature is in the Advanced Settings section of the ticket class settings on New Create.

This upgrade allows our Premium Creators to migrate from Classic Create to New Create, providing increased functionality for creating events on our platform.

Auto-Publish Your Event on Facebook

Until now, our organisers didn’t have the option to schedule an event to be auto-published on Facebook at the same time the event goes live on Eventbrite.  Using the New Create flow, users will now be able to schedule and synchronise the publishing of their event on Facebook, and also create a draft Facebook event page which allows users to validate the automatic event created before posting.

Look out for our next round-up of our improved features in October!
