Hello and welcome,My name is Sarah I'm an art therapist, printmaker, and creator of nature visualisations. My main focus in my work and my life is finding soothing and connection in life, and for me art making, visualisations and being around nature have been the key elements in doing this.After developing a chronic and disabling illness over 20 years ago, I found that art-making and soothing activities made a huge difference to my emotional and physical health. So when my health had improved I decided to train as an art therapist, graduating my MA in 2011, and initially working with complex trauma in schools.In 2015 we moved to live in the North York Moors and this was the final step to bringing all my learning together.
