I use somatic yoga, intuitive dance, and mindful movement practices to create a mind-body centred movement classes that are healing and balancing. I provide hand-on healing, sound therapy, and bits and pieces of psychoeducation for a truly holistic experience in all my workshops and women's circles.Find peace, stillness and a sense of appreciation of your incredible mind and body.
