I have a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in Mental Health and Wellbeing, in the NHS, for over a decade. I have worked with individuals suffering from extreme and enduring mental health issues to those experiencing emotional challenges for the first time. During this time I have developed a particular interest in Worry, Mindfulness and Self Compassion, the triad for long term easeful living.I run groups, workshops and offer one to one support, do get in touch if you'd like to know more.
