Empire Farm is a 100-acre Soil Association certified organic farm, just south of Wincanton in Somerset owned by Sally and Adrian Morgan. The farm is the venue of our Farm School where butchery and gardening courses take place. Here you can learn how to grow vegetables, butcher a pig or lamb or join us for our Whole Hog Weekend.LEARN BUTCHERY AT EMPIRE FARMDavid Coldman organises and is responsible for the butchery courses at Empire Farm. Her gardening has been featured on TV and she is a well known speaker at gardening festivals
