Workforce for the Future (WFTF) was developed to address the skills gap in the construction industry across Bristol, North Somerset, South Gloucestershire and Bath. The programme funded by the European Social Fund provides skills and training to SME’s.Building Growth South Westis delivering Workforce for the Future on behalf of theWest of England Combined Authorityin collaboration withBristol Housing FestivalandMOBIE. The project will support traditional construction SME’s across the West of England through fully funded MMC training – helping to bridge the skills gap and future proof the local workforce.
