Organizer of METAL YOGA
Esther Bent is the founder of Yoga Bloody Yoga, a Long Beach based yoga series that combines traditional yoga practice with heavy metal music. Since 2022, she has been teaching and producing metal-focused yoga classes and events that bring together movement, music, and community.Yoga Bloody Yoga is known for recurring classes such as Donation Based Candlelit Metal Yoga on Monday nights. Her classes are intentionally accessible, designed for people who want a physically challenging, music-driven yoga experience.With a background in music and the arts, Esther approaches teaching with structure, rhythm, and attention to atmosphere, creating classes that reflect both her musical roots and her commitment to inclusive, community-focused movement.
