Join us most Mondays from 10 am to 12 pm at the Rushcliffe Social Prescribing Hub for friendly advice, information, and resources.

A relaxed, beginner-friendly session exploring the free Insight Timer app, guiding you through its features and a short meditation so you can confidently start your own mindfulness practice anytime, anywhere.

Take time to ease stress and tension with simple mindful movement, breath practices, Qigong and Yoga. This gentle sessions will help you find balance and calm - no experience needed.

Next Steps is a supportive, non-judgemental space for anyone looking to reduce or stop their alcohol use.
