Nadine creates and delivers special workshops to help people achieve an energetic fresh start.Using yoga practices of movement and stillness; breathwork, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra to move between different brain states, these workshops provide the framework to help you to access your intuition, shift stagnant energy around the body and release it, then set intentions for moving forward.The workshops are themed to compliment the season or lunar cycle that we are in and can be attended as a standalone session for immediate relaxation and clarity or attended on a regular basis to help you create an energetic reset.
