Refresher - MHFA - Adult

Reflectivity is a mental health training and therapy organisation led by accredited therapist Matt Barnard. We are passionate about helping people access meaningful mental health support and reducing the stigma that can prevent individuals from seeking help. Through evidence-based training, including Mental Health First Aid, we work with organisations, schools and communities to build confidence in talking about mental health, recognising when someone may be struggling, and supporting people to access appropriate help.
