Organizer of STEM Ambassadors - webinars for schools
What does a STEM Ambassador do? They change lives and have an amazing time doing it!STEM skills are increasingly essential, not just for fantastic career opportunities in today’s fast-changing workplace, but life satisfaction, enjoyment and opportunities. We know it. You know it. But not everyone has access to that first initial spark of inspiration. Yet.Our mission is to empower every young person in the UK to discover, develop and celebrate their skills and potential in STEM. As a not-for-profit organisation, we support a network of thousands of amazing volunteer STEM Ambassadors, bringing real life examples of STEM careers into schools, colleges and universities across the UK. Working with students, teachers, educators, businesses and influencers to break stereotypes and offer engaging activities, together we are inspiring the next generation into the infinite possibilities of STEM pathways.Whether you to want to volunteer, build volunteering across your organisation or access our volunteers to enhance your teaching and learning there is a session that is suitable for you.We are looking forward to meeting you online! The STEM Ambassadors volunteer programme is Powered by STEM Learning and supported by UK Research and Innovation.
