Nadya is the founder ofNadyawithawhy.coma unique coaching consultancy dedicated to helping people and small businesses achieve their potential through the power of purpose.Working long hours in a demanding job, experiencing external traumas and triggers which played havoc with her physical and mental health, Nadya knew she was not alone and chose to combine her passion for marketing with her holistic skill gained from her decades of practice and training with inspirational and accomplished yogis based in India and South East Asia to help others avoid the competitive rat race, relinquish control and realise either their own or their business' potential.Having worked within the media and creative industries for more than 10 years, from broadsheet newspapers and advertising agencies through to SaaS tech firms, Nadya has used meditation and yoga to aide her recovery process and support her nervous system through years of demanding work. She found this impressive she opted to build a unique business around both marketing & yoga. Now choosing to share her knowledge skills and experience in marketing with new, upcoming and startup businesses through to individuals on their personal journey of growth, she offers 1-2-1 coaching sessions in both marketing, yoga and meditation as well as group workshops, drop-in cafes and online sessions to help others make small but effective enhancements to elements from their business and marketing plans through to health and wellness goals.
