To ensure you can come on site to collect your items from the University of Bath campus safely, please book for this collection time slot.

In order for you to visit the campus safely, it is essential that you follow these instructions:

1. Read this online guide and ensure you understand it fully.

2. Book your collection time slot by providing all the details we need. Your details will be passed to Security and to a member of the SHEW team to manage access to the building you need to visit.

• We reserve the right to cancel or change your slot should this be required for operational or health and safety requirements.

• The University of Bath will reserve the right to deny access to the site if you have not read and understood the information in the online guide and/or have not booked a collection time slot.

• Before you travel please ensure you have read all the information and made your booking. Please ensure you continue to follow the Government advice on travelling around the UK and use of public transport. If the Government advice changes and the public are asked not to travel then please follow this advice and do not come to campus. The University of Bath will not be liable for any costs to you should you choose to travel anyway and not be able to access the site.

• You must not come onto the University premises if you are displaying any of the symptoms of COVID-19, you are deemed clinically extremely vulnerable to COVID-19, or you have been in an environment where you may have been exposed to COVID-19 and have not self-isolated for 2 weeks following this exposure.

• Our buildings are not generally open, and therefore lift access is limited. Please do not travel in any lift. You may place heavy or awkward items in the lift and send it down unaccompanied while you use the stairs. You may bring one other person with you to assist.

• Consult your line manager and obtain approval to remove items before you book your slot to collect your equipment. IT equipment should be logged with DDAT

• Do not attempt to arrange collection time slots with colleagues. We will allow only restricted numbers of members of staff into the same building in the same time slot in order to enable appropriate social distancing to take place. Buildings will be monitored to ensure compliance with Government guidelines.

• There are key workers carrying out essential duties in various locations. Be mindful of others around you and keep a safe distance from them while you are collecting your items.

• Please ensure you are checked in with Security when you are on campus. You should also check in with Paul Maggs who will meet you at Parade level before you access the building.
