Help shape research on workplace wellbeing.

As HR professionals, we’re not always looking after our own wellbeing.

This short webinar will give an overview of a short wellbeing challenge that will contribute to a unique PhD research study at Henley Business School.

The 10-Day Move into Balance Challenge is investigating the impact short movement meditations during the working day have on sedentary workplace wellbeing. This challenge encourages employees, who mainly work sedentary in an office/ home office, to incorporate just 15 minutes of movement per day—helping them feel more energized, focused, and balanced.
