10.00 Easter Sunday Eucharist being live telecast on BBC 1 on Easter Day

<h3><strong><strong>On Easter Sunday, 31st March 2024, BBC 1 will be live telecasting the 10.00 Easter Sunday Eucharist from the Quire, Canterbury Cathedral.</strong></strong></h3><p><br></p><h4>President : The Dean</h4><h4>Preacher: The Archbishop</h4><h4>The Choir of Canterbury Cathedral directed by Dr David Newsholme</h4><p><br></p><p>Due to broadcast requirements the congregation will be seated in the Quire and surrounding areas, including Transepts and Trinity.</p><p>Entry for this service is by ticket only. The congregation will be seated by stewards in managed sections on a first come, first seated basis. Some seating will have poor to no sightlines of the service. If you require additional arrangements to enjoy the service, please include them on the booking form, when prompted. All attendees must have a ticket, this includes carerers.</p><p>Doors open at 9.15 and all ticket holders must be seated by 9.40.</p><p><strong><strong>Due to broadcast constraints, there is no re-entry after 9.35 and regretfully LATE COMERS CANNOT BE ADMITTED.</strong></strong></p><p>The live broadcast will be from 10.00 - 11.00, however the service will continue past the broadcast length and will finish around 11.25.</p>
