About yoga teacher, Atim. As a qualified Hatha yoga teacher, I like to use traditional and creative influences from India and around the world. I teach yoga at local Northamptonshire gyms and spas and have been practising yoga since I was 21 years old, when I was inspired to pursue yoga as a great way to de-stress. I love teaching yoga's benefits of promoting a calm, focused mind and a healthy body. Slow flowing or restorative sequences with mindfulness and breathing techniques influence my style of Hatha yoga. I also like to focus on helping to improve posture and strengthen the back and core. I hope you end your yoga practice feeling happy, relaxed, confident, calm and peaceful.
